Old Cutler Bay, Coral Gables, FL – Residents of the exclusive Coral Gables community were concerned early Friday morning when their neighborhood was targeted by a group of criminals. Shortly before 7 A.M., the group arrived at the typically quiet neighborhood of Old Cutler Bay and burglarized vehicles and attempted to steal a jet-ski on the 9300-block of Balada Street.
According to Old Cutler Bay Security, the criminals arrived by car and were observed entering the neighborhood. Minutes later, a homeowner observed one of the criminals attempting to lower his jet-ski into the water behind his home. Coral Gables Police immediately responded and cordoned off the surrounding area. The search continued for over an hour until three criminals were arrested.
