The Wharf Fort Lauderdale will hold “Closing Parties” before undergoing renovations and closing its doors until the Fall.
The venue, located at 20 W. Las Olas Blvd., managed by Breakwater Hospitality Group’s Emi Guerra and Alex Mantecon, will be upgrading bar and entertainment areas and the food trucks will move into more permanent venues.
The group also said it will add more Instagram-worthy spots for photo opportunities.
“We are thrilled about the future of The Wharf Fort Lauderdale,” says Emi Guerra, co-founder of Breakwater Hospitality Group. “From its inception, The Wharf has been a vibrant gathering spot for the community, helping to revive the riverfront while creating a destination with a lot of energy and life. Growing alongside Fort Lauderdale and adapting to the downtown’s dynamic atmosphere, the upcoming renovations will blend a laid-back yet elevated experience with a refined coastal aesthetic, enhanced with new bar areas and upgraded entertainment options.”
Breakwater Hospitality Group also manages PIER 5 in Bayside; Regatta Grove in Coconut Grove; JohnMartin’s on Miracle Mile in Coral Gables; and Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach.
The Wharf will temporarily close after Labor Day Weekend, but not before “The Closing Parties,” from Thursday, Aug. 29 to Saturday, Aug. 31.
