The latest official electoral data available Thursday showed that more South Floridians were taking advantage of early voting, when a ballot can be cast at any designated location.
In Monroe County, the voter turnout was over 49% with 13,123 who voted early and 12,727 who voted by mail. Early voting ends at 5 p.m., on Nov. 2.
In Broward County, the voter turnout was over 43% with 287,267 who voted early and 208,156 who voted by mail. Early voting ends at 7 p.m., on Nov. 3.
In Miami-Dade County, the voter turnout was over 42% with 404,790 who voted early and 237,504 who voted by mail. Early voting ends at 7 p.m., on Nov. 3.
The deadline for returning a ballot and voting in person is 7 p.m., on Nov. 5, when voting is limited to one designated station.
