MICHELIN recommended Navé for its “leisurely meal,” a menu that is “focused on seafood” and a “cool and sleek” decor in Coconut Grove. And through September, the Italian-American restaurant is offering two Miami Spice menus.
Chef Michael “Chug” Beltran and Chef Phil Bryant and their team are serving a $28 three-course brunch menu with options on Sundays, and a $60 dinner menu with options every evening.
The set brunch menu for appetizers includes three options: The Miami Clams with medianoche butter and gruyere; The Stracciatella with tomato carpaccio and sourdough Panzanella; and the Brandade Croquettes with saffron rouille.
The brunch menu for entrees also includes three options: The Navé Baked Eggs with Spanish pisto and filone, parmesan; The Prawns and Polenta with ‘nduja vinaigrette, parm, and herbs; and The Rigatoni Amatriciana with Guanciale, Calabrian chili, and caciocavallo.
The brunch dessert has two options: The Cornflake French Toast with passion fruit curd and raspberry jam, and The Cinnamon Roll Buttermilk Pancakes.
The set dinner menu for appetizers includes two options: The Miami Clams and The Stracciatella. The dinner menu for entrees also includes two options: The Duck Ragu with cresta de gallo, caramelized radicchio, foie gras mousse, and grana Padano, and The Snapper Milanese with tomato compote, arugula, and tapenade.
